The podcasts will be available within 24-hours of the Black History Bootcamp Walk & Talk with the co-founders. Although we believe in the power of Black women shifting the atmosphere when we are all walking at the same time all over the world, we do understand that commitments don't allow it at times and that you may have to walk at a later time. We got you covered. Here are our Black History Bootcamp Podcast on Spotify.
October 2020, a million Black women (claim it!) will cover the streets of America in prayer. We will do it together through a “walking podcast” called Black History Bootcamp, The Prayer Edition.
We will seek God’s face before we launch our new global agenda to increase the life expectancy of Black women by 10 years in 10 years. All of this, just days before the most pivotal presidential election of our lifetimes. It will change the atmosphere. Please share this immediately. All are welcome.
The Prayer Edition is the final installment of #BlackHistoryBootCamp in 2020. It follows the Acts of Resistance edition that celebrated powerful acts of resistance in Black culture and season one, which focused on legendary and revolutionary Black women in history like Audre Lorde, Shirley Chisholm, Georgia Gilmore and Nina Simone. The #BlackHistoryBootCamp has been GirlTrek’s most successful walking campaign to date with more than 100,000 participants.
The #BlackHistoryBootCamp podcast has exceeded half a million downloads and has been covered by Vogue, one of the largest online media outlet in Brazil and NPR.
