PRAYERTREK: How do I call into the Prayer line, and how do I access recordings?

To participate in Prayer Trek over the next 9 days, simply follow these 4 steps:

1.Call each morning at 9 a.m. EST for morning prayer and reflection.

Dial: 1-712-775-8979 Conference code: 1097632. Complete the walking assignment. Block out time during your day to complete the assignment and walk your way to better health.

3. Get the word out. Continue to recruit your family and friends and let them know about the Prayer Trek 9- day journey to healing.

4. The recordings from each call will be available at https://girltrek.wixsite.com/prayertrek2019 by the end of each day.
