The GirlTREK Underground app is undergoing improvements based on early user feedback. Below are answers to frequently asked questions regarding the app’s temporary removal and relaunch:
Q1. Why was the app removed from the app store?
A. The GirlTREK Underground app was removed from the app store following valuable feedback from our members, highlighting areas needing improvement. We take their input seriously and are committed to delivering the best experience possible. That’s why we’re taking the time to enhance and further develop the app, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our community. This aligns with GirlTREK’s approach of listening to the women in our movement and responding thoughtfully, much like we have done in past initiatives.
Q2. What happens if I don't update the app?
A: If you DO update the app, you can use it normally until October 26th AND you can download your stats and badges. If you DON'T update the app, it will stop working on October 26th, and you also won't have the opportunity to download your stats and badges.
Q3. Why didn’t the app meet expectations?
A. The app didn’t meet expectations because it requires enhancements to better align with our members' needs. Based on the feedback we received, we're currently focused on improving its functionality and user experience. Our goal is to relaunch a more effective tool in 2025, ensuring we meet our community's high standards.
Q4. Will there be beta testing for the new tool?
A. Yes, we plan to offer beta testing to select users. Stay tuned for details.
