Vegan/Vegetarian: 1 orange, avocado smoothie with spinach and almond milk, 16 oz water.

Mid-AM Snack: Broccoli and carrot salad, grilled fish or quinoa, 16 oz water.

Lunch: Spinach and mushroom salad with olive oil, grilled chicken or chickpea salad, 16 oz water.

Mid-PM Snack: Cucumber slices with hummus, grilled beef or lentil soup, 16 oz water.

Dinner:

Omnivore: 1/2 grapefruit, baked protein of choice, sautéed green beans and bell peppers, 16 oz water.

Vegan/Vegetarian: 1/2 grapefruit, baked seitan, sautéed green beans and bell peppers, 16 oz water.
