Omnivore: 1 apple, 2 eggs, 16 oz water.

Vegan/Vegetarian: 1 apple, overnight oats with almond milk and chia seeds, 16 oz water.

Mid-AM Snack: Raw vegetables with olive oil, chicken breast or lentil salad (3.5 oz and Males 5.0 oz), 16 oz water.

Lunch: Mixed greens salad with olive oil, steamed fish or tempeh, 16 oz water.

Mid-PM Snack: Bell pepper and spinach salad, grilled protein or tofu, 16 oz water.

Dinner:

Omnivore: 4 strawberries, baked fish, stir-fried kale and edamame, 16 oz water.

Vegan/Vegetarian: 4 strawberries, baked tempeh, stir-fried kale and edamame, 16 oz water.
