Vegan/Vegetarian: 1/8 cantaloupe, chia pudding with almond milk and berries, 16 oz water.

Mid-AM Snack: Bell pepper slices with Italian dressing, grilled fish or tofu (3.5 oz and Males 5.0 oz), 16 oz water.

Lunch: Spinach and cucumber salad, shrimp or black bean salad (unlimited), 16 oz water.

Mid-PM Snack: Broccoli and sprouts salad, baked beef or lentil soup, 16 oz water.

Omnivore: 1/2 grapefruit, roasted chicken breast, sautéed cabbage and radish, 16 oz water.
