Prep Day
Each day, prioritize water & rest! 64 oz of water and 8 hours of rest are the standard.
Clear the fridge and pantry of anything unhealthy. Head out to the local farmer’s market or grocery store to stock up on clean, fresh, organic foods. Here’s the GROCERY LIST:

All Meats: Fresh, no frozen, canned, or bagged meats. Females 3.5 oz and Males 5.0 oz per serving.
- Vegan/Vegetarian: Females 3.5 oz and Males 5.0 oz per serving.

All fruits and vegetables are fresh; no pre-processed, canned, bagged, or pre-frozen foods are allowed except for frozen edamame.

Message: Get organized for the week ahead. Start fresh with healthy groceries and meal prep. Chop and store veggies for easy access.

Move: Enjoy a 30-minute walk during the day or a fitness class at night (optional).
