THE LOVELAND FOUNDATION: The Loveland Foundation provides financial assistance to Black women and girls seeking therapy, ensuring access to quality mental health care that might otherwise be unaffordable. They support Black women's mental health by funding therapy sessions with culturally competent professionals, promoting healing and empowerment within the community.

2. THE CRISIS TEXT LINE: If you are in crisis and need support, Text WALK to 741741. It’s FREE and 24/7. The Crisis Text Line offers free, 24/7 text-based support services that connect individuals in crisis with trained volunteer counselors to provide immediate and confidential help. They support Black women's mental health by offering culturally competent care, targeted outreach, and partnerships with Black mental health professionals to ensure relevant and empathetic assistance.

3. THE BORIS LAWRENCE HENSON FOUNDATION: Founded by beloved actress, author, and entrepreneur Taraji P. Henson in honor of her father, The Boris Lawrence Henson Foundation (BLHF) will connect you with culturally relevant therapy and integrated wellness modalities through their network of esteemed clinicians, providers, counselors, wellness practitioners, and thought leaders with a deep understanding of the unique needs of communities of Color. Through impactful programs and campaigns, BLHF promotes mental wellness, combats stigma, and provides essential resources.
